These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and SPARK TEXTILE Co., Ltd. ("SPARK TEXTILE", "we", "us" or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the public website sparktextile.com (the "Website").

By accessing, browsing or using the Website, or submitting any information through it (such as via the contact form), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

The Website is a static informational showcase operated solely to:

• Introduce SPARK TEXTILE as a textile fabric supplier (company background, offices, history, etc.).
• Display general information about fabric product categories and application scenarios.
• Publish event news, certification highlights and testing overview information.
• Provide basic contact information and a simple contact-form enquiry channel so interested business parties can reach us.

Important: The Website does not offer: e-commerce checkout, online payment, account registration, order tracking, e-contract signing, or any other transactional functionality. Any actual commercial engagement, quotation, purchase arrangement, or business negotiation happens outside the Website, through direct communication between parties and is governed by separate written contracts.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of law rules.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days following written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either Party may submit the matter to the competent people's court in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, P.R. China, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent SPARK TEXTILE from seeking injunctive or similar relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or operational integrity.

We reserve the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. When we make material changes we will:

• Update the "Effective date" shown at Section 1 and at the top of this page.
• For significant changes, post a short notice on the Website homepage or an easily accessible location.

Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
